Jungkook

I was looking at him walking barefoot on the beach, talking to Kyla on his phone for hours. I knew it had to be Kyla. No one else ever called him. She was that element of nature who was annoying and disturbing, but he was fond of her. If I got the slightest hint that he had romantic feelings for her, I'd have killed her a long time ago. Nonetheless, I was never going to forget and forgive.

When Jimin disappeared, she doubted I had something to do with it. Not that the police could do anything to me, but I didn't want her slowing me down by following me around everywhere. I hadn't the patience to deal with her, so I threw her a few bones to keep her occupied during those fourteen days. Now, she thought I was friendly-ish. Big mistake.

As I examined him, I was sure that Jimin needed me, he just couldn't see it. He wasn't planning on getting away from me anymore, otherwise, he would've already tried. All he needed was a little love to come to terms with everything, his new life. He laughed cutely and said. "Jungkook is as Jungkook as always."

My dick twitched inside my pajamas and I groaned out loud, Jimin still deeply immersed in his conversation. I was hungry for him and also for some food. My stomach was growling. We hadn't eaten since we landed yesterday. I had sedated him, so he safely slept through the evening and night, and it was needless to say that my body demanded some rest from me after days in hell.

I lurked towards him, the white sand filling in my sliders as I held his palm. "Let her go, Jimin. Anna might be missing her."

"It was good to talk to you, Kyla. Keep in touch, okay?" He disconnected reluctantly and pulled away from me while I remained standing behind him.

"Go back in, Jungkook. I want to stay by myself for some time."

"Can we please not fight on the first day in our new home? You seem to have a bad habit of doing just that," he looked shocked and my words must have amused him as he stifled a reminiscent smile. "Please? You can fight with me, Jimin. Don't close yourself." I asked in a low tone.

"We aren't friends, Jungkook."

"I know," I tried desperately. "But I promise I don't mean you any harm. I'll gain your trust. You need to give me a chance for it. Do you remember you once told Kyla you trusted me? I am begging you now to give me one chance."

He let out a breath of annoyance and began to lead the way. I strolled behind him slowly until we were inside the house.

I didn't know if he was fed properly during those fourteen days. I didn't have it in me to ask. The doctor had checked him for assault and the results were negative, but I couldn't get that picture out of my mind. Noah's filthy mouth on my angel's body, we didn't openly talk about it yet, but I needed to. I just didn't know how. I didn't think I was capable of talking to him about it. Hiring a good therapist would be a good idea when he was ready.

I guided him to the dining room and settled on the chair, spreading my legs and pulling him down on my lap suddenly. "Angel," I called slowly, softly. He looked tired and flabbergasted at my daring act. "Can I feed you?" I asked.

He slid away from me to the next chair, looking at me with absent eyes as though he was thinking a hundred things at the same time. "Where did you get the pizza from?" He asked.

"I made it." I put a slice in front of his mouth.

"Do you even like pizza?" He didn't bite.

"Love these things." I laughed naturally.

He snatched the slice from my hand and opened his mouth, biting and chewing slowly after putting it back in the saucer. Anything Jimin did was the epitome of grace. Somewhere rainbows and shit must be crying in adoration. Why was he born as a human? By no means he was ordinary, and if he heard my thoughts, he'd laugh at how sappy there were. Witnessing him move in real time was a pleasure and privilege that he granted me.
