Mystic Powers: voodoo. In explanation, Velvet can take the item or anything from a peron and place it on a voodoo doll to control them.
Rottmnt Backstory: Jack was a normal human,who was always good and kept to himself. At a day at school he was bitten by an ooze-quito and turned into the Western painted turtle. He does get found by my other oc Ness and is brought to Kaden where both of them try to help him out.
