After Raven and Hawks return to the Todoroki household, Hawks finishes his explanation to Endeavor about the stipulation on waiting until Shouto is twenty-three to try to have children in order to give the boy a chance to finish school and establish himself as a hero. Shouto watches as Raven's facial expression grows more and more into that of a Cheshire grin as the conversation continues, and Endeavor's rage is barely concealed.

As if she could sense the tension in the room, Fuyumi comes in with tea for everyone, including a saucer of tea that she places on the floor for Raven. Before leaving the room, she comments that it is getting late, and that UA does expect Shouto back before midnight, a reminder that leads to Hawks offering to take the boy, and his cat, back to the school. At his offer, Raven puffs up and hisses, digging their claws into Endeavor's leg due to his proximity to them.

"SHOUTO, CONTROL YOUR FUCKING ANIMAL!" Endeavor screams at the boy.

Shouto has to suppress a smirk and ignores his father's words, choosing to respond to the winged hero instead. "Raven doesn't like flying. We found this out the hard way when Touya..." He trails off realizing who he was about to talk about.

"I do have a car," Hawks calmly responds, not asking to hear the story knowing that the mentioned family member is a sore spot for everyone in the household. But he is definitely asking later.

Raven finally calms down hearing that there's a car instead of having to fly for a third time that night, and coughs up a fire extinguisher at Endeavor for good measure before trotting over to Shouto fully ready to get their child out of that house.

As the group headed to UA leave, Endeavor stares at the Fire Extinguisher. At least this time, it wasn't thrown at his head.

The next morning, Shouto wakes to Raven making an unholy sound that he can only describe as a mix between a cat yowling and a rooster crowing. Knowing that the cat won't stop until he's up, he climbs out of bed and starts getting ready for the day.

Down in the common area, Shouto finds his main group of friends, Midoriya, Iida, and Uraraka watching some sort of hero documentary that he's certain that Midoriya chose, but as soon as they notice his presence, the television is turned off. Midoriya immediately starts asking about why Endeavor asked him to go home for dinner and if it had anything to do with the new law. Upon hearing their green haired classmate's line of questioning, the rest of the class, who had all been in the dining room initially, join the group, all curious to know exactly that.

Without thinking too much into it, Shouto simply states that his father decided to force him to marry Hawks. The statement leads to a lot of murmurs from his classmates, the loudest being Mineta who can't understand why Endeavor would make his son marry a man, but the one thing that hurts Todoroki the most is the fact that Midoriya doesn't say anything, and just heads to the elevator as if going to his room. He has expected the boy to analyze the reasons, or comment on how it's messed up that Endeavor is not only forcing Shouto into a marriage, but that he's forcing him into a marriage with someone eight years older than him. Nothing could have made him guess that his best friend would walk away from the conversation, nor could he have ever guessed just how much it would hurt that the boy did.

"Come on, Icy Hot," Shouto hears Bakugou growl as the blonde in question roughly grabs his arm and practically drags him to the elevators.

"What are you doing, Bakugou?" Shouto asks as he allows himself to be dragged along.

Bakugou shakes his head. "Not here."

In Bakugou's room, the blonde starts pacing back and forth as if agitated. He goes to speak multiple times, but stops himself as if not sure how to say whatever it is he dragged Shouto there for.
