Elizabeth Keefe, also know as Liz or Lizzy is the daughter of the Maple Leafs coach, Sheldon Keefe. With that being considered, she's grown up around this Toronto team since he started coaching there.
She's grown to love the sport. Most coach kids resent it because it takes their father away from them but not Lizzy. She's embraced it, she's spent most of her time at the rink when she wasn't in school. But now she's graduated college and following this hockey team wherever it goes.
Lizzy was born January 1st, 2000. She never had a boyfriend in high school or college, but has recently taken a liking to the breakout star of the team, Mitch Marner.
Unlike the stereotypical coach, her dad didn't give her the whole team is off limits rule. But if she distracts them, she's done.

The blue-eyed hockey player joined the Maple Leafs in 2015. Since then, he's been single. Recently, the team has been pointing out how he can't pull. He gets put up to a bet that he won't get a girl by New Year's. Not just any girl, the coaches daughter.
It didn't sit right with him that he was put up to a bet, but he's not going to chicken out. He accidentally confuses the bet with his feelings and ends up falling for the girl. What happens when the truth comes to light on her birthday?

I don't own the characters in this story except for Lizzy, the idea of her is completely my own. I do like to get inspiration from songs or movies I've seen but I'm not outright copying her from anyone else.
