Esme woke up and smiled as and realised that she was in bed next to Alex. She had remembered how they had hooked up. She looked to him as he lay asleep as she sat up from the bed and sighed
She walked over to her hand bag and looked to derek and smiled as she took her pill "your not leaving me here are you?" He asked as smiled smiled
"Would I do that " Esme said as she walked over to the bed as he grabbed her waist and pulled her close and kissed her
"I should hope not" he said as she looked to him and smirked
"Are you okay" Alex asked as she smiled
"I guess. I'm okay. I'm worried over mer...I and Mia is going through some stuff" Esme said as Alex nodded
"Look what Happens with your mom it will be okay. I know that your workers over her still mer she will be okay and I am sure that Mia will. You don't need to worry" Alex said as Esme smiled
Esme knew how sex with Alex was what she needed last night and she needed the distraction from her mother and all the drama
"It will be okay. Besides I'm always here" he said as she smiled
She leant in and kissed him as Alex pulled her closer and kissed her

Esme sat in the locker esme as mia walked in "oh so your not dead" same said
"Last I looked I wasn't" Mia said as Esme looked to her
"I have been worried over you . you didn't come home and the drama. I was worried where were you" Esme asked as mia looked to her and smiled
"I went to clear my head" Mia said as esme looked to her and frowned.
Hannah wasn't stupid and she knew when Mia was lying to her
"Oh please tell me that you weren't making a stupid mistake" esme asked
"I...? What's that suppose to mean" mia asked
"It means I am your twin and I know you " Esme said
"It's nothing. Have you spoken to mer" mia asked
"No she's in a dark and twisty place right now" Esme said

Esme stood in the hallway with the other interns apart from Cristina as they attended pre rounds "I want everyone focused today. With Cristina out, we're short an intern and I have a feeling it's gonna be one of those days. And Karev, see the chief by the end of the day" bailey said
"What for?" Alex said
"Do I look psychic to you? He is the chief. He asked. You go" bailey said
"What did he do now?" Meredith asked
"Maybe he gave the chief syphilis" george said as they asked Patient's room who is over crowded with interns, doctors and nurses listening to the patient as she tell a story
