Esme opens a box in the living room and finds Anatomy Jane. Her old doll. She looked to it and smiled
"Esme" Alex said
" I'm only opening one box. " esme said
" The plan was not to open any. The plan was to take your mom's boxes up to the attic. You know so we can make more room for wren the small human being we created" Alex said as Esme rolled her eyes at him
" Look, it's anatomy Jane. " Esme said
"'Were never going to get this sorted" alex said
"And she still has her little twosh. " Esme said
" Her what? " Alex asked as he laughed at his fiancée
" Anatomy jane had detachable organs. And I could never remember their real names, so Mia, Meredith made up names. Like, the twosh was next to the chubbel, and that was connected to the slivvy. , And look. It's the jelly pouch." Esme said
" The jelly pouch. "
"My favorite. Still can't get enough of the jelly pouch. " Esme said as Alex grinned at her

Esme stood in the hallway with Alex as she got to work "you look tired" Alex said as Esme smiled
"Your sweet to notice. Residency is kicking my ass and as much as I love our daughter she needs to learn to hat sleep is " she said as she looked to see Mia and mark as they stood talking a few yards from them.
Esme knew how she was feeling more run down then normal and she had put it down to the fact she had just had a baby but she knew it was more than that
"Do you think I that they're okay. They look tense " Alex asked
"Mia is fine I know you worry over here" Esme said
""Hmm are you sure" he asked as Esme looked to him and smirked
"Are you trying to get gossip out of me?" She asked as he smirked as he backed her against the wall and smirked as he placed a hand beside her
"I give you orgasms. You can give me gossip" he said as she chuckled
"My sister is happy and having lots of sex if that's what you want to know I don't want that image in my head and if I am thinking over sex with anyone it's you" she said as alex looked to her and smirked
"Good answer" he said as he leant in and kissed her. Esme smirked into the kiss as mia and mark pulled faces at them as Esme flipped them the finger as Webber walked over to them as Meredith and Derek walked over as Esme and Alex pulled apart
"Ah, gentlemen. I want you to meet the new head of trauma at Seattle grace.Major owen hunt, you remember Derek Shepherd, Mark Sloan" he said as he walked over with Owen. Ignoring the three grey sisters and Alex
"He stole my patient." Derek said
"Mine, too." Mark said
"Now you'll get a chance to steal mine." Owen said
"Looking forward to it." Derek said as mia and Esme held a look
