" Mmmmmmmmm" I groaned as I heard my phone go off for the tenth time
I got up from under my covers grabbing my phone and seen Teenyah, My Dad, Grandma and Brother was calling me nonstop
" Bruh what do these people want" I grunted calling my grandma back
" Cassandra!" I heard my grandma's voice as I put my phone to my ear. " Yes grandma" I sighed. "Come to the hospital now" She said as I heard light sniffles in the background
" Why" I asked. " It's your m-mom" She said and my heart instantly drop. " W-what happened" I asked as I slowly got out the bed
" S-she lost the battle Cassandra" She said as she broke down crying. " WHAT" I shouted as I dropped to my knees
" She's gone Cassandra. She's gone" She cried. "NO NO NO NO" I yelled as my phone dropped out my hand
that was the last thing that I wanted to hear
" W-what hospital are you guys at" I asked rushing into my closet grabbing my boots. " Utah valley hospital" She said
" I'm coming I'm coming" I frantically said as I rushed out my room dashing downstairs, I yanked my keys off the holder and ran out the house

" WHERE IS SHE" I yelled as I ran into the hospital. "Ma'am where is who" The nurse asked as she approached me
" MY MOTHER" I yelled. " Calm down. What's your mothers name sweetheart" She asked going to the computer. "Joana Brewster" I said as I watched her type her name in
" What room is she in" I asked. "Down that hall on the right. Room A104" She said and I nodded running down the hallway
I spotted everyone standing outside the door looking emotionless as tears slipped down their faces
" Cassandra" My grandma said once she noticed me. "She's gone baby" She cried dropping down to her knees
