Bad future : Michael was single and working at a bank having no one he lived in new York City when this happened and didn't keep in touch with anyone and he wanted to be a actor but that never happened also. He suffered from depression since he only had himself and never made friends when he did they didn't keep in touch for long. When he went back to southpark he was happy for everyone... Mostly he felt bad for Stan since he could tell he was a total mess. The whole thing also freaked him out since nothing that crazy hasn't happened since the group were kids.

Good future : Micheal had a daughter and lived in London with a acting career he always goes to southpark on holidays and times when the crew all get back together and when he sees cartman he doesn't feel bad at all he thinks that is what he gets for putting everyone in a living hell as children.
