Just so you all know I have edited my Characters and Villian's chapters as I have new information for them too.
Here's what I got from the new trailer.
1: It will be Agent 8 who is fighting in this new story.
2: The setting will be some sort of alternate reality, based on the glitches, and numbers in front of 8 in this image:

3: Pearl will be in the DLC, as a very useful drone.
4: Marina is missing.
5: DEDF1SH will help Agent 8, as she is in this strange reality as well, and has a history with Marina.
6: Agent 8 will receive upgrades for every mission she does, and will increasingly get stronger, and will have extra Colour on her (Multicolored hair and Fingers.
7: Agent 8 would be able to use multiple classes of weapons.
8: Agent 8 will be aiming for the top of deca tower, and there are more than 16 levels on the tower.
