The Unspoken Apology

It wasn't easy, that's for sure
I lost my temper and let out a roar
But what good did it do, what did it solve?
Nothing, not a single thing, nothing at all

You may have seen me mad, out of control
But your heart is so pure, so fragile, so whole
I am angry, it's true
But breaking your heart, I couldn't do

Sometimes, when I see you feeling down
I wonder if it would make me feel less bound
But deep down, it only makes me bitter
Because hurting you is not what I consider

I thought I could move on, and leave you behind
But you beat me to it, you were the first that break it
I thought I could find someone else, someone new
But maybe, just maybe,
I'm only looking for you in a face of new

If only saying sorry could make things right
If only it could bring back the light
I wish I were brave enough to say it to you
I wish I can say Sorry, thank you, and I Love you
