~400 years before~

I was in the forest next my house, laying on the soft, yet, itchy grass under a big tree that easily blocked the hot beams of the sun. I wasn't too far in the forest, but far enough to hid from people.

I suddenly heard a muffled voice yell "My liege, Y/n! Where are you!? Your father will get mad if you are not present at the table for lunch!" I knew who it was. It was my butler, Raphael, he was someone to trust with all your life.

Soon enough, he found me laying down with a bird on my stomach. "My liege, I finally found you after 2 hours! Come along, we must get back to the manor. You can bring the bird as well-... wait, why do you have a bird on you?" Raphael exclaimed, but slowly raised an eyebrow as he finished talking with a look that says 'You better start fucking explaining'.

After a bit, I started to talk with my best knowledge of words, "I went to foureest for sweep, then bwrdy fwll frwm sky, theay lowked sweepy so I stawyed stiwl." Raphael just sighed in response, after looking at the bird like he was concentrating on the hardest math equation ever known to mankind, he walked over, kneeled down, and stood up after scooping up the snowy white bird in his arms. Raphael held out his right hand towards me, saying, "Shall we go back to the manor to give this bird a name and a home, my liege?", I nodded happily with a big smile while grabbing his hand, we walked towards my home to give a home for this mysterious bird.

(Translation: I went to forest for sleep, then Birdy fell from sky, they looked sleepy so I stayed still)

~Time Skip:
20 minutes later~

I noticed the bird was slowly starting to gain consciousness while walking, they don't seemed alarmed, in fact they seemed grateful, I wonder why. Although I just noticed we were already at the big, sliver gates of my home. As the gates opened, I took in the familiar sight of the manor, my garden of beautiful, almost heavenly flowers and ponds being tended to by other maids and butlers. Wildlife was crawling all over the place, 'I don't see Dahlia anywhere, she must be with the others'. Dahlia was my horse, she has a beautiful, pure black coat, with long soft hair.

Raphael told another maid to take me to the dining area, while he took the bird to get fed, cleaned, and checked up. So here I was, eating a sandwich with apple slices, watching butterflies and bees fly all over the garden. Raphael came back after an hour, "My liege, the bird seems to be a male Caladrius, a type of bird who will come to the sick and take away their illness for themselves which heals both parties, what do you wish to name him?" After putting all my brain cells together, I came up with a name, "Cloud, hiws namw is Cloud".

(Translation: Cloud, his name is Cloud")

That was the day Cloud and I became inseparable.
