FAQs

Over the months that this shop has been published, I have noticed a few reoccurring questions on the chapters, so I will be addressing them here

Q: Do I have to do all the payments or just one?
A: Yes, you have to do all the payments. If they seem like too much for you, then you're welcome to order from another shop!

Q: Where do I fill in my form?
A: Whatever the latest open batch is (you cannot miss it, it's the one with [OPEN] next to it) It should be within the last 5 chapters of the book. If not, and the latest batch has [CLOSED] next to it, then I'm working on the final orders from that batch, and you'll have to wait for the next one! Orders on other batches will not be accepted.

Q: When I order a template from you, do you reuse the design from the template?
A: No, I do not. Each bio I create is unique! The templates are simply the way the information is formatted.

Q: I can't copy from my DMs. What do I do?
A: No need to worry! I'm aware of that, and will send you a google doc link that you can copy from. However, I will not send the link through any channel of communication that might be public, such as comments.

Q: If I ordered from a shop like [insert amount of time longer than 2 months] ago, is it counted as shop-hopping if I order from you now? / If I ordered from a shop that is now closed, and am still waiting from an order from the shop, is it counted as shop-hopping?
A: Well, I'm not the one to decide that. Ask the other designer if they're still making your order and if it's okay that you order from someone else since you've been waiting for your order from so long ago [again, only if they're not still making the bio for you]
(Side note: Damn how do some of yall wait for an order for like 2 YEARS so patiently? It's crazy 😭 I want that level of patience)
