Abagail was in Athens, Greece wondering around making sure everyone was happy, because that's her job after all. Unlike other spirits Abby was lucky, she could remember her passed life and quite a few people, even some parents, believed in her. But she didn't always feel like she was loved. Even though she was the spirit of joy, she also contained a darkness inside. After all, all those sad, mistrusting, and over all dark feelings have to go somewhere. So she locks them inside her, just to see the kids she helps smile, and laugh with content.

It was almost dark, and today was the day of the lunar eclipse. You see every time there is a lunar eclipse Abagail gets the chance to revitalize her powers by sleeping. Every other night she never sleeps, and she never has to. A lunar eclipse only happens four times a year, but she never has to sleep long. She only really has to sleep for about an hour, then she would be as good as new.

Abagail was just about to go back to her home when she saw a child crying on the side of the road. She walked over to him to see what was the matter, but of course the kid didn't believe in her. That was ok, she had a way to see what was wrong even if the kid didn't believe. Abby looked into the kids mind to see why he was so sad, and she found out he lost his mom. She had seen this many times before, and had a lot of practice dealing with situations like this.

Abby created an illusion of a little white fox, and made it appear in font of the kid. He was confused at first, but soon a smile crept onto his face. He was laughing in no time, but of coarse all good things come to an end at some point.

The child's mother came screeching around the corner, "OH MY GOD I THOUGHT I HAD LOST YOU!" she paused to make sure he was ok, and when she finally calmed down enough she said, "Are you ok, don't you ever do that to me again you hear. I love you sooo much." "I love you too mommy," he hugged her almost in tears, "but mom when I was lost there was this white fox, it was so beautiful. It helped me calm down, and it was doing funny stuff like dancing and standing on its hind legs and bowing." His mother let out a heart warming laugh. "Oh really, well if we see it again I will have to be sure to thank it," she kept laughing. The mother and son began to walk away, when the kid turned back and saw Abagail. He gave her a smile and waved, as did Abby.

It was 10 o'clock, "Crap!! I have to get back." Abagail then lifted off the ground and flew back to her home in Japan. She arrived in the woods, in her Kitsune form, and laid down. The moon was fully gone, the only thing that was there to bright up the night was the millions and millions of stars. Abagail stared off into the night and eventually fell asleep.

But she was being watched by a man with with golden eyes and a man with sick looking green eyes. "Now?!" said the green eyed man."No, not yet. She's not fully asleep," the golden eyed man said. They waited ten more minutes until Abby was fully asleep.

Meanwhile with the guardians

"North! look at the glob, the lights in Japan, there wavering!" Jack pointed out. "It looks like the search for that girl will have to wait," North said, "everyone to the sleigh even you bunny." North grabbed bunny right as he was about to dive into one of his tunnels. "No wait don't..." bunny didn't get a chance to finish his sentence.

The reindeer took off, and they were zig zagging through the slide of ice. At the end of it there was a rickety old jump, that looked like it was about to fall. "Hold on tight," North said. And bunny, still not used to the sleigh, dug his claws into the wood. "Hey watch the paint, it just got a new coat," North laughed. Then they were lifted into the air. The jolly man in red took out a snow glob, whispered "Japan" into it, and through it in front of them. A portal opened up and they soon found themselves in Japan.

Back to Abagail

Abby had notice a familiar presence a long time ago, but she wasn't nervous. She had faced this person many times before with no fail. But there was one presence that did make her nervous. She had only felt it twice before, once a long time ago in the dark ages, and another more resent one ten years ago. She knew who it was, but she just didn't want to believe it. 'Why would they be together? He never stays around people for more than a day.' Abby thought to herself.

Abby was finally started to get annoyed, she didn't like to be watched, especially well she was trying to sleep. She stayed there for another minute, then decided she had enough. "Ok come out I know you two have been there for about half an hour now," Abagail said. "O, you did now did you." Creatures started coming out of the wood work everywhere, then a figure rushed her. Her eyes widened as he attacks. "Why are you with him!?" she says as they shot up into the sky. "What, you getting jealous? Now I am finally going to beat you," the man Abby is fighting with says. "As if! Just never seen you hang around another spirit for longer than a day," she smirks.

Shadows were everywhere, and Abby was fighting them and the figure off beautifully. She hadn't even broken a sweat after she had destroyed over half of them. The person controlling the shadows was getting very angry at this, so he decided to take a stand. Abagail didn't even have to use her powers besides flight, and she was still in her Kitsune form.

All this commotion had caught the attention of a special group of people flying in a sleigh pulled by reindeer. "Mate! look over there!" Bunny said trying to hold in the carrots he ate for breakfast. "Is that..." tooth trailed off. "It's that girl, oo what was her name..." Jack begun. "Its Abagail, frost!" bunny said with an annoyed tone.

The man with the golden eyes finally joined the fight, but Abby wasn't scared. She knew if she tried she could win. She was reborn to lock up all darkness of the world anyway, so what's a better way to do that then by putting a stop to two of the most dark people she knew.

She fought in her Kitsune form, holding off the two figures and destroying the shadows. She was doing pretty well until a shadow caught her off guard. She was only surprised for a second, but that was enough for all the shadows to strike. It looked grim for Abagail. The figures stepped back content of what they did.

The guardians looked on with horror of the clump of shadows. None of them could have survived with that attack. Then a burst of light came from the ball of shadows, and there emerged Abagail. They were surprised on her sudden change of appearence, for she was an albino fox a moment ago, and now she was a young girl with red hair, and fox ears and tail.

Abagail, now with a serious face, charges at the man with green eyes. But in mid kick, something sharp slashed her arm. It hurt a lot, but she fought through it. Abagail kicked the mysterious man square in the jaw, and was sent plummeting to the ground. The man with gold eyes sent a shadow to catch him, and he went to stand by his ally. "Sweet dreams Abagail. We will meet again," was all he said until they were swallowed by shadows.

Abby had noticed there was an audience half way through the fight. She turned to look at them for a good two minutes, but vanished into thin air holding the spot were she had been hit by the wip.

"Is she looking at us?" North asked. "Well who else would she be looking at mate! There's no one else in the sky!" bunny yelled. As soon as he said that the girl vanished. "Look what you did now! You scared her away. You stupid kangaroo." Jack murmured the last part. "I don't think she left because of us, I think she left because of the injury on her arm. Right Sandy?" tooth said, and Sandy nodded. "Well then let's stop our dilly dallying and go look for her. She knows about the new threat and it looks like Pitch is also curious about her. We have to find her before Pitch does. "With that North lands the sleigh and they all go searching for Abby.
