I was inside the living room with the guys and Carlos comes and turns off the lights and uses his ipad for something
"Hey, what are you looking for? And in the dark?" I ask
"Just doing a little ghost hunting, don't worry I'll protect you sis, its my official duty as man of the house!" He says super confidently
"Cool little dude" reggie says
Tia walks in and says "For the last time, mijo. Ghosts are not real."
"Typical adult. Do you remember when we were kids, and they never believed what we said?" Reggie asks
"Yeah. I'm pretty sure that's just a "you" thing. I was always pretty trustworthy." Alex shrugs
"Shouldn't we be more worried about Julie? Her dad just busted her, okay? He's probably making her quit the band." Luke says and I give him a thumbs up to show I agree with him
"Well, there's not much we can do about that now, but... we can still help Carlos. Adults not believing children ends tonight. Showtime." Reggie smiles
"Reggie!" I whisper shout as I glare at him but he doesn't hear or see and turns off the lamp
" I haven't seen them. I..." "Ghosts aren't real, huh? How do you explain that?" Carlos beems
" Light bulbs burn out all the time, Carlos." Tia explains
"Ooh! Wrong answer, tía. Explain... this." Reggie starts playing with the blinds
"Maybe it's my mom. She knows I haven't been replacing the toilet paper!" Carlos hopes
"Yeah, lets hope Carlos!" I say to cover up for Reggie
"Your mama would never scare us. This is the work of a demon!" Tia exclaims
"Hey, words hurt." Reggie starts pouting
"What if its a really lonely sad ghost, who's trying to communicate with us?" I ask
"Hey!" Reggie pouts even more as the guys snicker
"Wait! I got to get it on video." Carlos says
"Yeah, you do. Time for an old classic." Reggie gets all happy again
"Oh! Dang, it was in selfie mode." Carlos sighs
"Whew!" Reggie exclaims as he sits down
"Do you have any idea what you've done?" Me and Alex say at the same time
"Yeah, I do. I've defended every kid who's never been believed. Also lonely and sad?" He pouts than gets a smiley again "Some might say I'm a superhero... We should probably hide before Julie finds out, huh?" Reggie says as he poofs away
"Lex, wait... are you up for something?" I ask as Luke poofs away
"Yeah, whats up?"
"I want to show you something"

"Yeah, whenever me and Julie would ever get in trouble with dad, mom would spend a whole night just laughing, eating popcorn, painting our nails, watching movies, basically having girls night with us, so do you wanna help me cheer up Julie?"
"Whoa, are you serious?" Alex says
I nod as we grab blankets, pillows, and my laptop from my room and knock on Julies door
