It's been a few hours since Amira had been left alone in her house, she showered, braided her hair and sat on her couch eating ice cream. The doorbell, once again, rang, people kept coming, but she didn't mind, she was never alone and was barely ever lonely. She went to open the door, greeting Roy and Thea, hugging the both of them.

"Hey kid, what are you doing here?" Roy hated being called kid, but from her he was willing to accept it, she was basically his older sister. The both of them went in, sitting on the couch.

"I heard you had boy problems, and since I don't know anything about that, I brought a professional" he referenced to what happened earlier. Considering how close the team were with each other, she knew nothing would stay secret very long.

"Tell me everything, what happened with Oliver?" Thea asked, serving herself from the open tub of ice cream on the table.

Amira started from the beginning, the attack at the art gallery, them going to her house, the kiss, Felicity walking in. It was hard for Amira to put into words how she felt towards Oliver, how she felt towards Felicity, all she could explain was the sensations.

"Listen, you're not responsible for Felicity's feelings. It's not your fault that she likes him and it's not your fault that he like you. You both love each other dearly, don't let anything or in this case anyone get in between what you guys have". Thea advised, but Amira focused on one thing.

"You say Oliver loves me?" Both her guests threw their arms back in unison.

"Girl have you seen the way he looks at you? It's the first time since he's been back that I've seen this much life in his eyes. He spends most of his time with you, he talks about you so much I was on the verge of developing feelings for you too. Oliver adores you" Thea confessed, this made Amira's heart warm up in joy, unable to mask the large smile she had on her face.

"Actually, that reminds me, I went to see him earlier to ask about you, and he had a lot to say" Roy pulled out his phone. "Oliver turned into a poet for a minute, I wasn't sure if I was impressed or tempted to exorcise him, it's like he was under a spell".

Roy played a long recording on his phone, Amira softened, hearing the voice of the mean she was ready to admit she loved, hearing all the sweet things he said about her. It indeed didn't feel real, Oliver was not one to talk about his feelings, ever, but this time, he poured out his entire heart, it's like wringing out a sponge, but his time he wrung out his heart of all the love he had for her, pouring into a cup for her to have.

"When I saw Amira for the first time, I considered for a moment if God existed, because she was simply so beautiful it was almost inhuman. Then I got to know her, and as stunning as she is physically, it could not compare or even compete to the beauty of her mind and soul, she was perfect in every way. She was like moonlight. When I was with her, I forgot about everything else, all the bad things, the past, the memories, the trauma and the regrets, there was only her, only the present. I'm not able to put into words how much I love her, and as much as I try, I'll never succeed. I belong to her, fully, body, mind and soul. When I imagined the peace that drinking tea in front of the fireplace late at night brings me, she came with it, she came with peace, she was peace, my peace"

The recording ended and she just sat there, speechless.

"I told you, he turned into a poet". Roy commented

"So what do I do now?" Amira asked, as much as she loved him, she still wasn't sure what to do from that point on, she liked him, he liked her, the next logical step would be to get together, but an obstacle still stood in the way.

"Maybe talk to Felicity, since she means a lot to you try to tell her how you feel", Thea had a point, but Amira wasn't sure how to do it.

She couldn't just go to Felicity like "Hi I love Oliver like I've never loved before and he feels the same way about me and even though you like him can we date?". Or maybe she could, she still wasn't sure.

"Thanks for coming you guys, it genuinely means a lot, thanks for your help and your advice.". Amira hugged Roy and Thea who had to leave.

"The pleasure was ours, update me on what you're going to do" Thea closed the door on her way out, leaving Amira alone once again.

This time, Amira was left alone with a bit less guilt and confusion than before. For the first time in her life, she felt love, she fell in love, and for the first time, she had to fight for it, and she was ready to do so.

She got dressed, trying her hair into her trusty hair stick. She put shoes on and went to see Felicity who was in the arrow cave, talking to John. The man was advising her.

"Listen, I know it hurts, I know you love Oliver, but you need to let it go. Look at how happy he is  with Amira, I haven't seen him this lively, ever, and her, she's so much more vibrant. When we first met her she barely said anything and was so dry, look at her now, she's genuinely a better person. They're amazing for each other". Amira stayed hidden, not making a sound.

Felicity gulped, holding back tears "You're right, you're right, I love the both of them so much and if that's what makes them happy, I can't stand in between them." The blond woman softly smiled.

Amira's heart warmed up, Felicity really was an amazing person, the woman came out of her hiding spot, hugging her friend tightly. "You're amazing, I can't put into words how grateful I am, thank you". Her hug was reciprocated, both women holding each other with tears in their eyes.

"You deserve it". They broke the hug, happy, overjoyed even. Amira could now be with the man she loved, and Felicity was happy to see her friends happy.
