Falling for a Surfer

Feelings getting stronger

     Sarah and Jon were in bed. She yawned and opened her eyes. She turned over to face Jon. She snuggled up close to him.
He said," Am I dreaming?"
She said," No."
He said," Good because I never want to let you go."
She said," I never want let you go."
He opened his eyes. He hugged her.
She said," Jon."
He kissed her.
He said," Your eyes are sparkling."
She said," Jon hehe."
He said," I love making you laugh."
She kissed him.
She said," Whoa."
He said," What?"
She said," Is it just me or did it just get super hot in here?"
He started kissing her a lot.
He said," You ready?"
She said," I guess."
He said," Let's go."
They got out of the bed and got ready to go to the beach to surf.
She said," Jon how am I supposed to surf now."
He grabbed her hand.
He said," Follow me."
They went to a store right on the beach selling beach stuff. He paid for another surfboard.
She said," Uh Jon if that's yours then."
He said," This is yours."
He was giving her his old surfboard.
She said," Jon I can't."
He said," It's yours. I want you to have."
She said," But Jon."
He said," I wanted you to have it for quite a while. I wouldn't just give away my old surfboard to anyone. They'd have to be special."
She said," Aww Jon."
He said," Take it beautiful."
She grabbed it.
He said," Now let's go have some fun."
They ran into the water. Sarah pushed Jon. He fell. She laughed.
He said," Hey."
She said," Girls just wanna have fun!!!"
He said," Oh you wanna have fun huh?"
She said," Oh no."
She got on her surfboard and started swimming fast. She saw that he was after her. She kept swimming faster trying to find a wave to catch. She found a wave she looked back. He had almost caught up to her.
She said," Sorry babe."
She held her breath and went under water. She floated back up. Then finally when she caught the wave she lifted herself up to ride the wave. Jon watched her. She tried doing the Ollie flats.
When she did the hop she almost lost her balance again but not yet.
Jon said," Your almost there just keep doing it and you'll finally get that hop!!!"
She nodded. She tried a few more times till she she fell off the wave. He swam over to her.
He said," Your getting it. I can tell."
She said," Really?"
He said," Mhm."
She said," See ya."
After a few more tries she could tell she was getting better.
She said," I think maybe tomorrow I'll finally have it down just as long as I don't lose my balance."
He said," Yeah that's the hard thing."

The next day came and just as Sarah said she would probably get the Ollie flats trick right. After trying it so many times, she finally did it.
After she did it she jumped off the wave. She swam over to Jon.
She said," Jon I did it!"
He said," I knew you could."
She said," Are you gonna teach me another one now?"
He said," Of course."
She hugged him. He lifted her up off the board. She said," Whoa Jon what?"
He got off his board to join her in the water. He held her close.
He said," Relax I got you."
He held her close against his chest.
He said," I just wanna enjoy this moment."
She went under water while holding his hand. They opened there eyes they swam together and looked at the fishes. They floated back up.
She said," It's so magical down there."
He said," That's one thing I love about the ocean seeing sea creatures."
She said," Yeah it's neat."
As Sarah laid her head back to float, he held her waist. The sun was shining down on her. He held onto her waist, as he gently swayed her in the water. She floated back up to hug him again.
He said," I'm so lucky."
She said," Why?"
He touched her cheek.
He said," To have found you."
She said," Oh don't start."
He said," It's true though."
She rubbed her fingers through his hair.
She said," I'd say we're both lucky to have found each other."
He said," Sarah would you have changed the way we meet?"
She said," You mean if I didn't have that accident?"
He said," Mhm."
She said," No because then I wouldn't have meet you. I'm actually kind of glad it happened. I got to meet you. Have you as a teacher and started falling for you."
He said," Hearing all that makes me so happy."
He turned her around so her back was against his chest holding her tight. He whispered in her ear.
He said," Thanks for falling for me as I am with you even more everyday."
She started having shivers and breathing really heavy. He smiled.
He said," I love when you get nervous."
She said," I'm not I'm just."
He said," I know. Feeling loved."
She slowly turned to face him.
She said," Yes."
They stared deep into each other's eyes. He touched her neck and gently pulled her into him.
She said," Oh my Jon."
She kept breathing heavy.
He said," Oh Sarah."
They kissed.
She said," I don't know why but that kiss felt so much more magical."
He said," I think we both know why."
She said," Our feelings are definitely growing."
He said," Into something more."
They smiled. He pulled her in for a kiss.
