Abilities: force-manipulation, subpar saber skills, and Force Empathy (from Genetian bloodlines).
History: Rylann Tetra was born on Genetia in the small town of Yeldin to Jorki and Ryalle Tetra. At age two she was taken from her home and family to train as a Jedi youngling. She trained on Coruscant until she was chose at as a padawan by Shaak Ti when she was fourteen. Over the next five years, Shaak Ti struggled to deal with Rylann's emotions since she couldn't control her empathy well.
Book 1: Rylann moves from Coruscant to Kamino in the beginning of the Clone Wars to help oversee clone training. Rylann meets defective clones, Crosshair, Hunter, Wrecker, and Tech (also known as the Bad Batch), quickly befriending them. They help her grow in saber skills.
