Description: Livius Kryten is the King of Flygon and is Tonbo Ohger while also a member of Team ROYAL. Long ago he didn't have parents while growing up but instead he was raised by Gin who was associated with his parents, then the Fury of the Gods came and Gin died during the event. Livius was upset about it but he used the skills & techniques ghat Gin teached him and rebuilt Flygon all on his own, which thanks to that he became the King of Flygon or president which he likes that more than king and said to himself that he will defend and takes orders from no one. Then when Bugnarok returned & Rory is turned into Kuwagata Ohger, he became interested in him and investigated him which in the end Livius joins him.
