It was late into the night with rain pissing down from the sky over the plaza, didn't much effect the holograms of fish that were displayed above the area

There was one lone man standing in the plaza alone, he was shirtless, blonde with several guns and clearly had many cyber implants

His hands were twitching and his eyes that were covered by a pair of goggles were glitching out

Nearby was a few police squad cars, all the cops were mostly hiding inside their cars to avoid getting soaked

Among one of them was the senior officer (y/n) served with and he was on a phone call with someone

Caller:damn, thought you'd be off the clock by 5. Did they keep you on call? Shit luck.

Senior officer:Cap said I could leave my gun and badge if I went home and listed to my old lady go on and on about her online shopping or whatever the hell she did all day.

Caller:it's what you get for choosing the life of a public servant.

Senior officer:just had to fucken rain.

He noticed the blonde man was suddenly standing next to his car door

Senior officer:eh? What the hell you doin? Back it up. Lookin to get sho-

The blonde man put a double barrel shotgun to the window and pulled the trigger splattering his brains all over the inside of the car

All the other cops started getting out of their cars behind him as the blonde man began reloading

The cops pulled out their guns realizing he was a cyberpsycho and began shooting him with their bullets all bouncing off his skin

The cyberpsycho slowly grabbed two pistols at his hip while getting shot and turned to the right and began firing back at the police killing multiple with just the first few shots

A projectile launcher extended from his left forearm and fired turning a small cluster of officers into red paste

Police officer:Got us a cyberpsycho! Raise Maxtac!

The cyberpsycho took the two rifles off his back and began opening fire with them as most police didn't dare leave the cover of their cars but it didn't help much as he was still hitting them

The original cop car he blasted through had an officer with a shotgun hiding behind it waiting for the cyberpsycho to reload

As he heard the clicking of the empty guns the police officer cocked the shotgun and peaked out from covering only for a mantis blade to spring from the cyberpsycho's right arm and decapitate him

Another officer rushed out from behind cover and another mantis blade sprung out of his right knee and sliced the officer clean in two splattering blood and guts everywhere

The cyberpsycho began reloading as the cops continued shooting him, he put both guns onto his back and grabbed a pistol as an implant on his back began glowing

It was a Sandevistan, as he activated the tech time slowed to a crawl as he ran to the right towards the police officers and proceeded to shoot them all in the head as he passed by
