Tori woke up with a groan. She hasn't slept all that well. She put her hand on her bump, "You're going to be a track star, aren't you my little Kraken?" She asked
After a few minutes of cradling her baby bump, she got up and shuffled into the bathroom.
When she was done with her shower, she got dressed and kept her hair in a towel. As she came out of the bathroom, she saw George walking through the hall towards Meredith's room with two cups of coffee and Izzie was leaning in her doorway watching the man.
'pathetic.' Tori thought, "You do know she doesn't like you romantically, right?" She couldn't help but ask, "She never will."
The question startled George and he spilled the coffee on himself, "W-what?" He asked
Izzie came over to the only man in the house, "Wouldn't it be easier to just ask her out?" She asked
Tori shook her head, "No. It would be easier if George accepted that Meredith only sees him as a friend and he moved on." She answered as she moved passed her two annoying roommates
George sighed and hung his head as he walked back into his own room. As he did, Izzie scoffed, "You don't know that."
The younger of the two women turned around, "I don't know my own sister?" She asked calmly
The baker shrugged, "I'm just saying. You don't know Meredith won't come to see George romantically."
"Be careful, Izzie." Tori warned, "Piss me off too badly and I'll make you and George move out."
With that, she went into her daughter's room, "Mermaid, wake up." She said
After a few tries, the little girl opened her eyes, "Good morning, Mommy." She then put her hand on her mother's stomach, "Good morning, Little Kraken."
Tori bent to kiss her daughter on the cheek, "Good morning baby. Did you sleep well?"
Ariel nodded, "Can I have French toast sticks for breakfast and a nacho lunchable for lunch?" She asked
Her mother nodded, "Of course."
With that, she left her daughter's room and went into her sister's room, "Wakey, wakey, Mer." Tori called out
Meredith just groaned as a response.
The younger sister made her way to the bed and curled up beside her sister, "What's the matter?" She asked
"Bailey saw me and Derek at the party." Meredith answered
Tori snorted, "Like she caught you in the middle of sex?" She asked
The older one nodded, "Nearly. My shirt was open and I was on his lap in the car."
Her sister didn't have a response for that. Sure, it would make Meredith's life more complicated, but it would probably blow over.
Hopefully.
"Izzie and George are pissing me off this morning. I told Izzie if she wasn't careful, I'd kick them both out." Tori said
