All For One looked at the pink-haired girl, she was about 16 and wore a lab coat. Must be one of Dr. Garaki's workers.
"What is this, Miss Hoshi?" He knew it was information on the heroes but he didn't know what information.
"It's about Miss Atsuko, the heroes- more like the HPSC- are trying to find her whereabouts. On top of that the people in the Under-Kingdom are becoming restless in terms of the whole Hero-Villian war thing." Hoshi explained, she was useful however she wasn't irraplaceable and her quirk-
"Uhhh Sir? You do realise I can hear you,"
Eliza Hoshi the smartest 16 year old, only problem according to this messed up society is that she's quirkless.
"Tell the King-Queen-President that she can organise to kill whoever she wants, and ask them to keep the heroes busy." All For One said
