"Replacement?" She questioned curiously, spelling each letter with a humorous hum. Her head tilted to the side as if pondering the question and yet no malice from the label showcased in her expression, not a hint of ire showcased in her tone. "I'm certainly an upgrade, think of it like the bloom of a rose and the nurturing of a lotus blossom."

"How do you mean?" He responded, a  sweet smile bringing to light an actual interest in her analogy as he tucked his hand behind his back.

"Roses are no doubt alluring to the human eye, there the flower of love and beauty after all. Most florists will sell thousands and many tourists come to admire them as if they were viewing a rare jewel. Roses can catch the attention of others and their beauty is not to be underestimated...But there are predictable and uninspired. For as high as the regard there held in is, it is still an overused and cheap display. Anyone can capture a rose. However Lotus Blossoms need care and time to come into full bloom, they require gentle hands and divine focus. One is perceived to be a treasure because of its vain appearance and the other needs to be shown true concern to grow, once a rose dies nobody thinks twice." She finished her monologue by raising her brow, her tone dripping with faux innocence. "Would you like to guess which is which out of the two of us, Mr Nishida?"

"Ahh, but Lotus Blossoms represent purity, do they not?" Ren paused to rake his sunken eyes up and down the woman in front of him, a faint chuckle left his lips and a disapproving nod followed suit.  "Considering your last occupation I wonder just what you find about yourself that's so special it cannot be redone in another so much more worthy. Let's not  fool ourselves into thinking seeing you bare is a rare sight." He took a step forward, bowing his head so that his lips were on the shell of his ear. "I suppose Niyamura deprived himself the chance to see the sight, a pity."

"Why don't you ask him yourself?" She sighed, tutting softly before turning her head away from him. "If you like to talk about the dead so much then I could have you join them." The playfulness of her movement and the light nature of her tone in no way matched the vile threat she had uttered.

"Threats? In front of an officer of the law?" The pressure Matsuda had put into holding his mobile phone grew slack when the perpetrator offered him a glance, a mock pout, a chance for him to add something to the exchange. "Then again, this one seems incapable of even pulling those restraints from his jacket." Seemingly bored of waiting he had opted to circle Y/N. "You'd kill an innocent man? Send him to an early rest in the heavens?"

"Oh, I can send you somewhere but it won't be heaven, your souls going the other way." She shook her head, it was her turn to sound disinterested in the conversation. "Pardon, but who said I would need to raise my hand for the task? Plenty are willing to sacrifice their souls for mine."

Ren seemed disappointed by her answer and he had every intention of showing it, his pacing coming to a halt. "Gentleman dying for the debauched prostitute, how sad the world became in my absence." Like clockwork, he turned to the third party. "You claim such a thing and yet your Protector can't even open his mouth." He turned his back to the two. "I do wonder how much he offers you for a nightcap and your legs spread, perhaps it's your payment for living in such a...Humble abode."
