LEP -Lower elements police : The fairy police organisation, the source from which Artemis has managed to 'acquire' and 'learn' new technology and from which he often helps and gets help from in the books.

-A captain in LEPrecon, Recon (or the Reconnaissance) is the reconnaissance division of the Lower Elements Police. In the underground world of the People, most reconnaissance entails tracking down fairies who wander where they shouldn't, particularly away from the secret fairy civilization of Haven and onto the surface of the Earth.
Point being used in Blood Flower: Holly stands at 100cm, just below the average height of a fairy. Holly has a slim frame and long tapered fingers, and her face looks heart-shaped. She has a hook in her nose (Alice doesn't though) and her mouth is plump and cherubic (this is where Alice does look like her)
