Wyatt's POV

I walk around the pack alone, Kane wanted to come on the walk with me, but I wanted to spend some time alone, so I managed to convince him to let me go outside by myself.

He was very reluctant, but I didn't give him any other option, and I think that he didn't want to restrict me, so he agreed to let me go.

I have spent the last four hours walking around the pack lands, but now I make my way towards the pack house, I hope that my friend, Travis will be there.

I haven't seen him for the last few days, and I know that he has a lot of other friends, but he's my only friend.

And if I want to keep him as a friend, then I will have to spend some time with him.

Before I manage to reach the pack house, I hear footsteps from behind me, so I look over my shoulder to see who is there.

And I groan when I see that it's Kane's father.

I know that it could have been worse, since I doubt that this man will hit me, mostly because Kane's is a lot bigger than him, and he must know that if he will hit me, then my mate will hit him for me.

But I seem to be wrong, since he punches me straight in my face, right after he reaches me.

I try to get the blood off of my face with my sleeve, and I glare at him.

He's a bit bigger than me, but not by much, I wonder why Kane's is as big as he is, since neither of his parents can compare to him.

The only thing that Kane seem to get from his father are the eyes, they have almost the same colour, but other than that, I really can't see many similarities.

"What do you want?" I ask him, and he frowns.

"I didn't know that you can talk." He says, and I roll my eyes.

"I don't care." I tell him, and he just shrugs, and then he seems to remember what he's here for.

"I don't care that the Alpha is your father, and that he agrees to let you and Kane be mates, I won't let you make my son disgusting.

So break up with him, and let him find his real mate, a good looking woman hopefully." He tells me, and I sigh in frustration.

I decide to not answer, and I just turn around to walk away, but soon I feel another punch, this time to the side of my back.

"Hit me again, and you will feel a real hit." I threaten him.

"Yeah?" He asks me with a smirk.

"Yes." I say angrily.

Before I can do any think, his fist connect with my face again, and then with other parts of my body.

I can't do much, since my body is already hurting, but I manage to hit his jaw, and he swears loudly, then he kicks me in my leg hardly, and I hear the bone snap.

I fall to the ground with a loud cry, and he just laughs, then walks away.
