Pt. 3: Their First Word

Imagine you are painting a beautiful picture of a field in the countryside to hang on the wall in your house. Your baby is sitting next to you eating some Heinz Baked Beans, watching you partake in your love of painting. You look up and notice that they have some baked bean sauce on their face. You giggle as you see it, awww, what a cute baby you think. "I'll clean you up, don't worry" you say, as you walk to get a paper towel to wipe their face. You come back with the towel and start cleaning them up. But, something truly special happens. Your baby looks at you with their big eyes and says "Mama". Your heart flutters and you start smiling as tears well up in your eyes. You pick your baby up and bring them close to your chest. You whisper in their ear, "Mam will always love and protect you, no matter what anybody does or says". That is your vow that you will hold for the rest of your life.
