Drama for dancing

As were all stretching in rehearsal, chris and Kate come out of kates office

"Attention dancer, attention please" Chris says.

"Some exciting news, looks like we are going to be competing in a local dance competition this weekend." Kate says.

"Yeah!" Some of us yell as we clap.

This competition is kinda like rehearsal for regionals

"We're going to switch it up a bit, and we're going to change the line positions" Kate adds.

"You'll preform for Chris and I, and then we'll make the decision."

Chris, Kate and Emily went into kates office to talk about the line placements.

"Hey" Michelle said smiling at me.

"Hi!" I said smiling back at her.

"So, I heard your not an e girl anymore?"

"Yeah...there a bit problematic." I laughed.

"Yeah totally." Michelle agreed.

"Alright everybody!" Emily yelled walking out of kates office with steph.

"Are you ready?" She asked

"The order is Chloe, Tiffany, Daniel, Eldon, James, Stephanie, Riley, Michelle, Ilaria and west." Emily called.

Chloe walked into the middle of the room and started dancing.

Basically with the line placements, if your in the front, then your one of the strongest dancers, if your in the middle, you still good but not perfect, and if you in the back...you have room to improve.

"Alright, Michelle, let's go." Emily said not really caring.

As Michelle was dancing, I kept on looking at Emily and saw her whispering things to Steph.

"Michelle's such a good dancer." James says to me.

"Yeah, I know right."

"Watch Emily put her in the back row." I laughed.

"Yeah, she would do that." James chuckles.

"Wait aren't you friends with her?" James asks.

"Not anymore." I say sighing.

"Hey, respect." James says fist bumping me.

I laugh.

Ive never really talked to james, but he seems totally chill.

"Alright Ilaria, your turn!" Emily calls.

I go into the center of the room and start spinning, flipping, doing a little bit of acro here and there.

I really hope to get at least middle row.

Once everyone was done, Emily and Steph walked into the middle of the room and we crowded around them.

"Alright, can we gather around?" Em said.

"Everyone, attention"

"I'm gonna go run this by Kate and Chris, get there opinion on it and see if they think it's fair." Emily and Steph then walked into kates office.

I was talking to Riley, when I heard my phone ring.

"Sorry, one second." I say walking over to my bag.

I get out my phone and see my girlfriend calling me.

"Hey, what's up?" I asks answering the phone.

"Hey, nothing much, I just wanted to see what you were doing? How's rehearsal?"
