Chapter 3

Right now yoriichi is staying in a abandoned apartment building with three floors, only the third floor had a balcony and a door connecting it and the third floor.

He had spent alot of time yesterday trying to find a room but all the hotels he could find were full and by chance he had founded this abandoned apartment building, so he decided to use it for the night.

Only the third floor had a bed and a few pieces of furniture though it looked like it hasn't been used in years.

Yoriichi had to a bit of cleaning, luckly the water was running so the cleaning was quicker. after that he had moved the child to the bed and taken the coach to sleep

Waking up this time was different compare to other day's

It was warm and comfortable compare to cold hard alley floor and the chilling winds that would blow over me all night long, making me to not wanting to get up and remain in it as long as possible but suddenly the memories from last night came back causing me to become wide awake and with quickness I did not know was in me, I was sitting up on the bed.

Looking around I could see I was in a old looking room, it looked like its been cleaned recently. looking down I was in a large bed with soft sheets keeping me warm. my eyes moved to my arms seeing I was no hurt anymore like always after waking up after a beating.

Suddenly the door opened and a boy who looked like 10 years old came inside. He had red eyes and black hair with red tips, his face was a kind looking one that gave warmth.

The moment he saw me he gave a kind smile that somehow out me at ease

Then he spoke

"It's great you woke up"

"How are you feeling"?

His question froze me nobody ever cared for me, asked how I was feeling 

"Whats the matter"?

"Why are you crying"?

Touching my face I felt it was wet, my eyes are watery and then I cried my heart out

Yoriichi pov 

Seeing the child suddenly cry I move towards the bed and hug her and she hugged back with all her might, it had strength a child her structure should not have.

It took a while for her to calm down, when done she now had red eyes, a running nose and gave a few whipers for a minute.

She pulled back fom the hug and asked 

"Who are you"?

"My name is Yoriichi Tsugikuni"

"y-y-yorichii"

I gave a small chuckle in her attempt to say my name

"Its yor-ii-chi"

"yor-ii-chi" the kid tried to say my name for a while to get it down, I on the other hand found it adorable

After a while of trying the kid looked at me and said my name 

"yoriichi"

"Thats right, your a fast learned aren't ya"

The kid somehow understood I prasied her have a huge smile in return. knowing she was quite hungry and I haven't eaten, decided to get some food for her and myself.

I decided to show her the bathroom first, I got up and moved towards the door near the bed and motioned her to follow me. she was a bit hesitent but got out of the bed and followed me.

Opening the door a few steps to my right was another door which which led to the bathroom. opening I walked in as the child followed looking around.

"do you know how to take a bath yourself"? I asked 

She gave a nod back as a yes

"That is the bathtub and over there are is the soap and shampoo to clean yourself up, there is the towel and a few clothes I could find for you. careful not to let the soap or shampoo in your eyes or else in would hurt your eyes. once you are done there is a door to your right, when you leave the bathroom you can wait for me in that room okay"

The kid took a sec to nod understanding what was told to her, so decided to take my leave as I exited the bathroom and moved towards the door that led outside.

As I walk down the street thinking what should I buy to eat, it was quite confusing so I decided to get a bit of everything that was tasty looking.

when the boy left I looked around the bathroom, taking a sniff of myself I held my nose at the stink all over me.

I started the water it was a bit warm but mostly cold compare to my life in the alley it is alot better.

Yoriichi was walking back to the apartment with bags filled with various kinds of tasty foods, but his mind was coming up with ways to improve his physical and mental strength as much as possible so he can perform the hinokami kagura better, he knows he can improve it as it was no where compare to the OG yoriichi's speed and power right now. Maybe he can recreate the other breathing styles to increase his aresenal since all of them came from the sun breathing.

Thats not including the other things he can do. As he is not a natural native of this worlds means he has the potential to learn haki and then there is the random power he got. He hasn't figure it out yet but he has two theories :- 

First one is that the power is like a seed and would take time to come out of its shell so his body maybe adapted in using it and it would come instictively.

Second one is that the power is dormant and locked and can only be active when certain conditions are met, what these conditions maybe is the problem but he will cross that bridge when he gets there.

Opening the door to the apartment he saw that the kid was waiting for him, sitting on a chair as she turns her head to looks in his direction.

Now that she took a bath and changed out of the dirty clothes he could actually see her features

She had slight tan skin, blond hair with crimson tips which seem to shine slightly, her eyes were a mix between amethyst and ocean blue, her face was a bit round and the final thing that made yoriichi know who she is were the whiskers on her cheeks.
