I was rummaging through the mail in my office when I saw one that stood out.. The envelope was a bright yellow with butterflies drawn on it. Was this from frank? I checked the back and, as I expected, It was indeed from frank.. It was.. For me...?
The letter read :
'dear Eddie,
I've noticed you are really nice and would like to get to know you more and perhaps become friends. I would appreciate if you were to write back.
yours sincerely, Frank.'
My heart fluttered. I don’t know why I fell in love with them so fast.. Anyways, I rushed for a pen and paper and began to write.
' dear Frank,
Thank you for writing! I wanted to ask you the same thing in person, but I was afraid I might trip!

I thought about erasing the heart at the end but decided not to. If I was going to hint at anything, letters would be a perfect place to do so.
I was too nervous to talk to them in person anyways.
