"So how was it" Her mom says from the phone asking how her daughter was when she was hanging out with her old best friend

"It was good kinda a weird night but good" she says then putting her mom on speaker so she could start cooking dinner since it was her night and the boys would be there soon

"So you think your gonna talk to him more often" Her mom suggested trying to find what's best for her daughter

"I don't know I mean we just saw each other and what it's been 6 years" she says telling her mom how she feels about letting Jude back in her life

"I know mi amor but you guys alway told each other that you would be there for each other even though you guys get what you want" Her mom says making a good point

"Ok I love you but stop being right" she says cutting the vegetables and talking to her mom at the same time

Her mom just laughs at her for being unreasonable about her decision and ignoring it. Her mom tried to come up with other ideas but she turned them down saying there were to much to do or it was not the right time for it because it's been six years

"Mommy I'm broken I don't know what to do" she says about to have a mental breakdown that she can't seem to fix it

"Mi amor here's a good idea maybe you should invite him for dinner" she says giving her another idea that she would most likely turn down again

"Mommy that's a great idea" she says dropping the knife and happy with the idea

"Gosh what would I do without you" she added

"Idk I am a pretty amazing mom" she says smiling bragging about the fact she helped her daughter with an amazing idea

"Yes you are mommy well I'll call you later and tell you everything ok" she says picking up her phone

"Ok baby I love you" Her mom says about to hang up then remembering that she needed to say something to her

"But wait if you guys do become best friends your gonna have to tell Denise to come visit soon" she say trying to remind her daughter

When Athena and Jude were best friends they weren't the only ones. Adriana and Denise were close they would have coffee in the mornings everyday talking about their kids and they would have a glass of wine every night and talk about their day. She loved that their kids were so close so they could have more time together and just talk about what there doing

"Ok mommy I will and I love you to" she says before hanging up and having to hurry up on dinner then having to ask the boys if Jude can join and then asking Jude if he can join
