"Hey Thena" Pedri says cooking breakfast, "Why are you so up early?" he adds flipping the pancake
"Couldn't really sleep" she says pouring herself a cup of coffee not seeing the hot chocolate being made on the stove
"Why what's on your mind?" He asked her placing the creamer on the counter for her
"Nothing" she says quickly to avoid any conflict
"Wow there is something" he says smiling at her. She was always easy to read and she knew it but always tries to hid stuff from them but fails
"Ok there is something but I'm not gonna fall for your little mind games and tell you" she says pointing at him and smiling
"Tell me what" he says trying to trick her into telling him the secret she's hiding
"That I almost-" she say starting off her sentence while he's just smiling at her. She finally catches on and stops. "Wait I almost fell for it again" she says putting her hands on her face
"Hey it's ok just tell me it will make you feel better" he says still push into get the secret out of her
"Fine I will but promise me that you won't tell anyone not even Gavi" she says holding out her picky so he could pinky promise her
"Fine I promise" he says while they wrap there fingers together and kiss it so it doesn't break
"Ok here I go" she says stalling so she didn't have to tell him. He's just smiling at her waiting impatiently
"About to tell you the big secret" she says scratching the back of her neck
"Athena I know what your doing if you want this to be kept a secret you better tell me" he says threatening her so she could spill
"Fine I almost kissed Jude" she blurted out. When she did that she covered her mouth to stop herself from saying other things
Pedri is just standing there with his mouth wide open from shock. He really does ship them but he didn't expect it to be this soon
"Please say something your freaking me out" she says practically yelling at him to speak like you would yell a kid to speak when they did something wrong
"I just" he says before taking a pause, "can't process this right now hold on please" he finished his sentence
"Ok" she says biting her nails from how nervous she was
"Ok let me get this straight" he starts of, "you almost kissed the guy that you like that happens to be Jude Bellingham Your childhood best friend" he says still trying to process it
"Yup seems about right" she tells his looking at him extra hard to get any type of emotion other then confused
"But not even like 24 hours ago you just said that it was basically against the best friend law" he say with a face that just screams 'You don't make any sense' which she would agree with him
"I know it just happened and since it happened I'm freaking out" She tells him while putting her head in her hands even more
"But why?" He says "you didn't kiss you almost did but there are two completely different things" he adds on trying to calm her down because she was ranting
"Ya but I told him I really like him but I couldn't kiss him cause he has a girlfriend" she says taking her head out of her hands and just starts ranting even more
"Ya I guess that's bad" he says scratching the back of his neck because he was worried about them not being friends no more
"Do you see my problem here" she tells him looking like she's about to cry
