Y/n pov 

I was in my bedroom getting ready for the party 

"This dress is cuter than I thought it would be"  I said while checking the dress Jungkook bought for me

I took a last few things to go downstairs to wait for Jungkook

That's when I saw a tall figure leaning at my bedroom door

"Beautiful"  The deep ocean dark voice said while checking me out from head to toe

"When did you come here?"   I asked walking towards the figure

"From when you said the dress is cuter than you thought it would be"  The person said and stood straight while adjusting his suit

"Oh"  I said 

"So. Do I look good"  He said while adjusting his hair 

"no"  I said jokingly

"What"  Jungkook said while pouting

"I'm not lying"  I said 

"Yes you are"  Jungkook said while still pouting

I walked closer towards towards him, ruffling his hair

"you were always and will always be handsome"  I said which made Jungkook smile again

But he didn't only smile. He held me by my waist, tighter than ever, leaving only a few inches gap between us

He came towards my ear which made chills  go through my spine

With his ocean deep voice, he said

"And just like that, you were and will always be mine"   

I was staying like a statue for a few minutes when I heard a deep chuckle coming from Jungkook

"Let's go before we get late"  Jungkook said in a way that made me dumfounded

Once I got my senses back I went downstairs to see Jungkook scrolling through his phone while sitting on my couch

"Finally you're here"  Jungkook said while putting his phone in his pocket

"yeah I was just doing some fixing to my makeup"  I lied

"Oh really?"  Jungkook stated 

"Y-yeah"  I said struggling to lie when he was looking at me as if he was going to kill me

"I'll pretend to believe you then"  Jungkook spoke and held my wrist

"Let's go now"  Jungkook said, dragging me by my wrist

"Just stay by my side. don't go anywhere else"  Jungkook instructed

"Ok"  I said while hugging his hand that was fully covered with tattoos 

We both were walking while Jungkook was talking to his friends and I was trying to mingle with their girlfriends who didn't even seem to have seen me 

"Hey JK"  I heard a voice coming from both me and Jungkook which made both of us turn around to the direction of the voice

"Eun woo, My bro"  Jungkook said while hugging the person

"I thought you weren't coming JK"  The guy said 

"I decided to change my mind the last minute"  Jungkook said while giving me a slight glance

"So, this is your girlfriend"  The guy said while looking at me

"My fiancé to be exact"  Jungkook said while smiling

"Wow. I didn't know you were engaged JK"  The guy said while smiling 

"I'm Eun woo btw"  The guy said extending his hand for a handshake

"I'm y/n"  I said while accepting the handshake

"I have heard your name somewhere"  Eun woo said while looking at Jungkook

"We both studied together in college"  Jungkook said while making some faces to Eun woo

"Oh. That's why"  Eun woo said while laughing

"let me go. I told my girlfriend I'll go pick some drinks up and be back. She'll be worried if I don't go there by now" Eun woo said 

"Ok then Eun woo"  Jungkook said and Eun woo walked away 

'What was all of that"  I questioned Jungkook

"What was what"   Jungkook said 

"The expressions you made when Eun woo said he has heard my name somewhere else"  I questioned Jungkook

"Aah"  Jungkook said and stopped

"Let's go home"  Jungkook announced 

"what?"  I asked 

"Come"  Jungkook said and pulled my hand, dragging me out of the party 

We both got near Jungkook's car 

"Let's go home now"  Jungkook said

"Why exactly did you just pull me out of the party?"  I questioned Jungkook while getting into his car 

"You know Just"  Jungkook said without completing his sentence

"Just what?"  I asked

"You didn't like to stay there. Did you?"  Jungkook asked while turning the steering wheel driving slowly and calmly

"Well."  I said and started fidgeting with my hands

"well you didn't like it there"  Jungkook said

"Yeah"   I said 

Time skip

"Well then good night"  Jungkook said while holding the door knob of my house door 

"I'll have to give the contract to my parents tomorrow"  I said which made Jungkook leave his hand off the door knob and get inside the house

"You didn't give it yet?"  Jungkook asked

"Nope"  I said

"Give it tomorrow itself"  Jungkook said

"Ok then"  I said while smiling 

"Good night"  Jungkook said

"Good night"  I said

"Dream about me while sleeping ok?"  Jungkook said which made me chuckle 

"Ok ok"  I said while chuckling

"Bye"  Jungkook said and slowly closed the door
