Dear Diary. It's been a long time, even longer than deez nuts- 6 months, I believe? Life's become worse, both at school and at home. Arguments are getting physical. School's giving us projects every week. Whenever I try to study, the sound of them fighting disturbs me. I wait until they're done. The ending scene is usually mother in her room, angry, and father crying in the living room. I go comfort father first, and I help him calm down before suggesting that he go outside and meet his friends or something. Then I go check on mother...who just wants alcohol. I give it to her. She doesn't abuse me or father when she's high though. Nope, she hurts him while she's sober. Wild, I know. When she's drinking, she just locks herself in her bedroom to prevent her from doing anything wrong. I appreciate that from her, but can't she try to talk to him properly without hits or slaps or anything else and maybe even solve their issues? That would be much better. -Yang Jungwon
