In a world grown strange and unforgiving,
Messed-up kids, lost and still learning,
Adrift on a sea of adult responsibility,
Navigating through waves of uncertainty.

Their innocence faded, dreams worn thin,
They're haunted by wounds from where they've been.
Bearing scars of battles fought within,
Seeking solace in a world so mean.

With hearts unsteady, yet courage they find,
The messed-up kids, brave and kind,
They stumble through shadows of doubt,
Hoping to find what life's all about.

Each step they take, a lesson learned,
From mistakes and hardships they've earned,
Through trials and tribulations, they grow,
Discovering strength they didn't know.

In search of purpose, their spirits ignite,
They rise above their darkest nights.
Imperfect souls, with stories untold,
They strive to find a place to hold.

Though the path is scattered and unclear,
Messed-up kids dare to persevere,
With resilience and dreams held tight,
They march on through the darkest night.

For in their struggles, they find their might,
In their flaws, they discover their light,
Messed-up kids, resilient and true,
Navigating adulthood, they'll make it through.
