AYU adjusted her mask as she walked out of the Wakeone company building, accompanied by Gunwook. They decided to visit a nearby convenience store, although Gunwook's intention was solely to accompany her.

As they strolled along the sidewalk, they engaged in conversation. So far, nobody had recognized them, and AYU cherished this moment because she knew that once they debuted, avoiding inconvenience while going outside would be unavoidable.

Upon entering the store, the cashier greeted them, repeating the action.

"Gunwook, please grab a basket," AYU requested.

"No, you grab the basket," Gunwook replied.

"No, you," she insisted.

"You grab it," AYU rolled her eyes and reluctantly grabbed the basket. Almost immediately, she gave Gunwook a sidelong glance as he took the basket from her hands.

The duo went their separate ways—AYU taking one path while Gunwook chose another. AYU carefully scanned the store aisles, inspecting food product labels to ensure there were no traces of shrimp or pickles. Since a young age, her parents had taught her to check labels diligently due to her severe allergies to both ingredients.

Whenever AYU went out, she usually brought someone along, either for safety or to assist with the Korean language. As she was not yet fluent, she often encountered unfamiliar words and needed help understanding them.

While browsing through the aisles, AYU took some pictures of herself, intending to share them with her fans later. As she caught sight of Gunwook from the corner of her eye, she gestured for him to join her. Once he did, the duo snapped pictures together to share with their fans and keep for themselves.

Their basket became filled with a variety of snacks, including instant noodles, honey butter chips, banana milk, Pepero, and ice cream. AYU approached Gunwook, holding an unfamiliar item, and asked, "What does this mean?" Gunwook took the item and read the package, responding, "This is Samgak Kimbap."

"Is it good?" AYU inquired.

"Yes, it is, but it contains shrimp, so don't get it," he replied. AYU's expression quickly shifted from happiness to disappointment. She had wanted to try the food, but now she couldn't. Gunwook placed the item back as they continued browsing the store. AYU followed Gunwook as he selected the snacks he desired. Once they were ready, they approached the cashier, placing the basket on the counter.

"Did you guys find everything okay?" asked the cashier.

"Yes, we did. Thank you for asking," AYU responded with a smile beneath her mask.

After finishing the transaction, the duo left the store, walking along the sidewalk toward their company. Once inside, AYU and Gunwook found a seating area, placing their snacks on the table and eagerly indulging in their hunger. While enjoying her food, AYU scrolled through her phone, looking at the photos they had taken during their time at the convenience store. She wanted to share them with ZEROSE.
