JkV Ptv. Ltd. is a well known company in eastern asia and western america for their amazing models, stylists and makeup artists. This company was started by Jeon Jungkook along with his best friend Kim Taehyung now Jeon Taehyung
The company is also known for its rules , salary structure and discipline. The trainees , employees, heads of departments, directors and even the secretary of the CEO of the company have a specific dress code.
White shirt with the monogram of the company with two navy blue stripes in the arm and black dress pants with white sneakers are worn by the trainees. Black shirt with the monogram of the company and black slacks with sneakers are worn by the employees of the company
The department heads wear White shirts with the company monogram on the front side and their specific department name on the back side and black trousers with sneakers. The receptionist wears a white shirt with a maroon vest and maroon with white striped tie and a maroon pencil skirt with hair done perfectly in a bun and sandals.
Heels and expensive jewelries are not allowed to be worn in the company. Following the dresscode is a must and without wearing the IDs their is no entrance in the company. Rules must be followed at any cost.
The director and the secretary of the CEO wears white shirt , navy blue tie , navy blue dress pants , navy blue vest and navy blue coat with white sneakers. Clothes should be nicely washed and ironed
Now people may think is it a school or office? But there is a reason behind the dress code and strict rules of the company which was decided during the initial days of starting the company
You see , girls and boys tend to wear unappropriate clothes to seduce and all stuff and the heels make a very loud sound when walking by and often is a cause of bullying in the office. Often some employees and trainees from well established family may use their expensive jewelleries to show off and might even blame some.. don't mind my language but poor people for stealing their things and get them fired
Keeping each and everything in mind the rules and dress code was decided. Not even the director and secretary of the company is spared , though engagement or wedding rings are still allowed. And due to the dress code employees and trainees can't even wear much makeup until and unless they don't want to look like a joker
About the salary structure. It increases with 1,00,000 won with how each employee works more years in the company. The starting salary of the employees is 8,01,449.50 won (50,000 in indian currency). The salary of a receptionist is 8,81,594.45 won (55,000 in indian currency).
The salary of the department heads is 24,04,348.50 won (1.5lakhs in indian currency). The directors get 40,072,47.50 won (2.5 lakhs in indian currency) which is the same as the secretary of the CEO.
All famous entertainment companies hire stylists and makeup artists from JkV Ptv. Ltd. for the idols and actors under them. Famous brands also hire their models for their brands.
Currently Mrs. Jeon aka the managing director of JkV Ptv. Ltd. is marching towards the CEO's cabin while fuming in anger. Why so? You will know soon
She aggressively knocked at CEO's cabin door which was soon opened by Mr. Jung , secretary of the CEO of the company
"What happened Mrs. Jeon?" Mr. Jung asked , a bit shocked. Mrs. Jeon is one of those people who is calm in every situation. So seeing her angry is very rare and which also means that the matter is serious
"Is Mr. Jeon inside?" Mrs. Jeon asked , the file held tightly in between her fingers. Mr. Jung nodded his head and moved aside to let her enter
"Sir i am telling you , imma fucking sue this YYY entertainment" Mrs. Jeon said before slamming the file in the mahagony wood table of the CEO.
"What happened?" Mr. Jeon asked , a bit surprised by Mrs. Jeon sudden behaviour
"This entertainment company is so partial. They want a separate stylist and makeup artist for one of the XXX members" Mrs. Jeon said huffing in anger
"That's nonsense. We have always send a full team of makeup artist and stylist for the whole group" Mr. Jung said standing beside Mrs. Jeon
"I know but even if they want we can't send separate makeup artist and stylist just like that. Currently we don't have fully trained stylists and makeup artists, right Mrs. Jeon?" Mr. Jeon asked in which she nodded her head
"We even have to send stylists and makeup artists for the new idol group of YG entertainment and backup makeup artist for the NewJeans members as the previous one had left due to some family shifting issues" Mr. Jung said in which Mrs. Jeon nodded her head and both of them looked at their boss who just sighed
"Tell the CEO of YYY entertainment that we can't send them a new stylist and makeup artist" Mr. Jeon said after thinking for a while
"Sir , you know how the CEO is right?" Mrs. Jeon said in which Mr. Jeon just sighed and nodded his head
"I know. But, we don't have any other options right?" Mr. Jeon replied.
Mrs. Jeon nodded her head before forwarding the file she brought with herself
"Sir this is the list of the final trainees who can be assigned to kpop groups" Mrs. Jeon said passing the file to Mr. Jeon
"Ok, i will check it" Mr. Jeon said before keeping the file aside. Mrs. Jeon nodded her head before going out of the cabin but stopped midway and turned around
"Hobi hyung do you have an extra pen?" Taehyung asked when she remembered that her all pens have ran out of ink
"Here" Hoseok gave two pens after rummaging through his bag
"Thanks" taehyung thanked him before leaving the cabin
