"Mrs. Jeon , we have to do an immediate C-section. Your babies position is utterly wrong..... I know you guys wanted to keep the babies gender secret but sorry...

your one son's head is near the cervix which is ok but the other one's head is towards your stomach. I am afraid that since you are starting to have labour pains. In course of the contractions your diaphragm may break. Also both the baby boys are tangled together... somehow" the doctor said while doing the ninth month's final ultrasound

"Doctor... my babies are fine right" taehyung said in between her groans and crying , the contractions are starting to increase more and more

"Certainly both the boys are healthy but your twin boys will die if you don't deliver them right now. The umbilical cords are tangled...." the doctor informed while calling her team and arranging the OT for the operation

"Doctor my babies will be safe right?" Jungkook asked while controlling his tears. Holding taehyung's hand tightly while she withered in the pain of the contractions and sobbing at the thought of loosing her baby boys

"We will do our best to save all the three of them Mr. Jeon. Do not worry" the doctor assured and soon taehyung was wheeled into the OT with jungkook beside her

The best Gynaecologist , General surgeon , anesthesiologist and pediatrician were all present in the OT with most trusted and skilled nurses for the delivery. They are making sure that neither the babies nor the mother's life is in danger

The local Anesthesia was injected in taehyung's spinal cord to numb the area before incisions were made in a certain area in her lower tummy , cutting through her skins and muscle and all the way to the amniotic cavity

[A/n: i really didn't knew that Anesthesia was given in spinal cord before C-section rather than tummy to reduce the pain. I deeply apologize for my mistake. A last incision on the amniotic cavity and the amniotic fluid flew out but the nurses were quick to keep towels ready as now the doctors are going to take the babies out.

Jungkook and taehyung couldn't see anything as the tummy part was completely separated by a barrier. They could only hold each other's hand and pray for their babies' good health

The first boy was out and as soon as the baby was taken out , it cried out showing that his respiratory tract is completely developed. His shrill cries filled the OT making his parents sigh in relief

Once the umblical cord was cut off the doctors proceeded to take the second baby out. It took them almost 5-7 mins to take the second one out carefully and then the second baby cried out to showing his clear respiratory tract too

The doctors sighed in relief and were proceeding to take the placenta out after cuting the second baby's umbilical cord when they noticed a tiny little third baby inside shocking all of them. The doctors shared a smile and took out the third baby too and the parents were shocked to hear a third cry

Taehyung and jungkook shared a highly confused gaze and that's when they saw a nurse taking a third baby and then it dawned upon them. They had triplets. Tears of joy flowed out of the parents eyes as they shared a kiss of love and happiness
