"Marry her? Mother, I don't even know her!"

"Oh, I know that! But it's for us to keep our bloodline." She insisted.

"Yeah, well, I'm not marrying her!"

I flew away from my mother.

"Marshall Lee! Get back here!" My mother demanded.

"I'm not gonna come back until you cancel that wedding! GOODBYE!"

And I left Nightosphere.

I arrived at the Land of Ooo.

Poof!

"AH!!! You! A v-vampire!" An old man sat down in terror.

"SHHHHAA!!" I scared the old man away.

"Gyaaaah!!!" The old man ran away like a little girl.

I patched my bite mark and wore a hoodie to keep the sunlight from frying my delicate pale skin.

I went to my usual sightseeing place, a big tree. It was near two girls' treehouse.

I was always watching her... Every time I go here, all I do is watch her.

Well, I don't know her name yet. I wish I could hang out with her.

A large gust of wind came and harshly pulled me off my sightseeing tree.

Even though I could fly, I would still be taken by the wind.

I fell unto the ground.

"Ow..."

The door in front of me opened.

"Look, Cake! A boy fell!"

It's the girl that I always watch.!

A cat came behind her.

"Are you alright, sir?" The girl asked and held out her hand for me.

I nodded and took her hand to stand up.

"What was that strong wind anyway, Cake?" She asked the cat.

"Maybe the Air Queen is angry again?" The cat suggested.

"I'm Fionna. This is my sister, Cake." She introduced.

She held out her hand for a handshake.

"I'm Marshall... Mello. Um.. I'm human."

I really do have a bad sense for naming. Marshmallow... Pft.

I shook her hand.

"What!?" The cat shouted in shock.

"A-are you really a Human? Like me?" She asked.

"Yeah." I answered coolly.

She hugged me all of the sudden.

"Um.. F-fionna?"

"Finally! A human! I knew I wasn't the last!" She cried in happiness.

"Marshall, do you have a place to live?" She asked.

"Um. No."

"Great! Cake, let's let him stay at our treehouse!"

"Sure. Wait what!?"

"Fionna, you're going nuts! We don't even now this guy!"

Fionna stared at her sisters eyes and spoke up.

"Pleaseee~?"

Cake looked away.

"Fine. But you gotta do my chores!"

"Thanks, sis." Fionna lightly punched Cake's shoulder. Cake smiled.

"Let's go inside!" Fionna exclaimed happily before pulling me inside their tree house.

"Welcome to your new home!" Fionna said.

"Are you sure about letting me live here?" I asked.

"Sure! This house is big enough for the three of us!" Cake said.

"From now on you are officially our-..... you tell him, Cake."

"Hm... Pastry Chef!!!" Cake shouted.

"A pastry chef?" We both questioned Cake.

"What? A girl needs sugar love!"

We laughed.

"Then, what would you have today, miladies?"

"I'll have an egg tart! Make it BIG!"

"I'll just have strawberry shortcake." Fionna said.

"Okay. But one more thing."

They looked at me.

"What is it, Marshall?"

"Where's the kitchen?"

Cake pointed the kitchen's way through her stretchable hand.

"Just follow the hand."

Before baking I washed my hand first.

The water began to change color and soon I was able to see my mother's face.

"Mom..?"

"Marshall Lee, get back here this instant!"

"If you haven't cancelled the wedding, don't expect me coming!"

I drained the water and saw my mother's face no more.
