Chapter 9: The Village

Clarisse's POV

As we reach the village, we dismount out horses and tie their rains to a post.

I look around to see all of the shops that I'm not watching wear I'm going..
That I run into a guy with brown hair and golden brown eyes, he looks about my age.

"Oh..I'm so sorry I wasn't watching wear I was going.." I say sheepishly

"It all right, no harm done. I'm James by the way." James says

Holding out his hand for me to shake it. And a smiles.

"I'm Clarisse and this is my brother Loki" I point to loki who has a protective expression on his face.

"Wait loki as in future all father?" James asks

"Yeah that's me." Loki says

James gives a bow. Not only to loki but to me as well.

"It's nice to meet you both. And I hope I'll see you again." He says to me and kisses my hand, And he walks off leaving me blushing like an idiot.

"No." Loki says

"What? he seems nice." I say with a huge grin

"You are to young to date!!" Says loki

"And you aren't? We are the same age loki." I say

"I forbid you to see him!!" Says loki

"Your just upset that I found a date before you did" I say with a laugh

Loki sighs knowing that he can't stop them..

We keep walking until we see a girl around our age with thick brown hair that flows to her waist and gray eyes, she is carrying heavy wooden crates filled with weapons.

Loki's POV

"Do you need a hand?" I ask the girl

"Umm sure, I was just taking these to the stand over there." The attempts to point at an empty stand.

I grab one of the crates from her and we walk to the stand.

" thanks for the help, I'm Theresa by the way." Theresa says with a smile

"I'm loki, and your welcome." I say with a smile.

"Your the future all father." Theresa states

I nod.

Theresa bows with respect.

"Please don't treat me like I'm royalty. Teat me as if I'm another person living in the village." I say not wanting her to like me just because I'm royalty.

"Alright loki" Theresa says

"Loki, we better be heading home mother will be waiting for us to have dinner." Clarisse says

"Would you like to come with us?" I ask Theresa

"Umm sure I just have to get some one to watch my stand. I'll be right back."Theresa says

She comes back with a guy. And tells him to watch her stand.

Hopefully that's her brother or this is going to be awkward.

"Are you ready?" I ask Theresa

"Yes but I don't have a horse." Theresa
says

"That's alright you could ride with me"
Theresa nods and I help her mount the horse then I get on. And Clarisse mounts hers.
We ride off back to the castle.
