Ever since that dream

Lisa has the urge to do something for Jungkook

Whenever she would see him seating int he class by the window or roaming she felt burdened with the need to do something for him.

She looked at her aunt from up in the clinic , who was giving candies to the kid who was crying his eyes out.

She looked at the boy

Pitiful

So Pitiful, just like me

Her eyes roamed at the candy her aunt was holding

Lisa suddenly with excitement in air rose from her chair. She took out a candy and quicklywith a marker wrote the initials " Cheer up "

She looked at the bed where Jungkook wass sleeping.

Jungkook comes to the Nurse's office around 2-3 times a week and since he sleeps with his mask and headphones on, he doesn't seem to notice the outside noises.

Lisa looked at the lean back and quickly kept the candy beside his pillow and tip toed out the room.

Closing the door to the Nurse's office she looked up

" Ahjussi this is my best try"

{ Ahjussi is uncle/old man in korean }

This went on for weeks and weeks. At first He'd throw it away when he leaves but at some point he had a change of heart and started to take it with him when he left.

Lisa looked at his disappearing back and mouthed

" BE HAPPY, JEON JUNGKOOK"

" Gimme a candy tooo"  the brunette whined

Jungkook looked at her and took out the candy in his and mouth

" Get your own"

The brunette looked annoyed and said " anyway how do you get these everyday"

" I don't, someone gives it to me "

The brunetted  made the eww face " And you accept it "

" NO I mean it's always there beside me when I wake up in the Nurse's office so i just took it "

Jungkook showed her the wrapper with " be happy" in bold written

the brunette once again looked cringed out as she spoke " That is creepy maybe he/she or it likes you "

Jungkook just ignored her

Ring , the sound of a text ringed form Jungkook's pocket

" Master the madame is excepting you home this Saturday at 2 pm"
             - Mr. Butler

His face darkened when he read the message

Lisa lay on the couch

Tick Tock Tick Tock

The sound of clock could be heard in the quiet room when suddenly

Ring

ring ring

Lisa quickly shot up form he couch and looked at the screen glowing with her Mom's call

" Hello"

"Hmm hello"

" Were you asleep, your voice's hoarse"

" Yeah i took a nap"

Lisa heard gentle laugh from the other line

" Umm Lilli I don't think I'll be able to go home tonight. What about dinner ?"

" I'll eat when I get hungry"

" If it's scary should I call your aunt to come over ?"

" I can call her. The night shift must be tough, Mom."

" It's fine I'm more egotistical towards you "

" I'm okay mom"

" Oh, that's right I got an invitation to attend a lecture from a respected professerthis weekend. Do you want to come?"

"Uhmm" Lisa hesitated

" No need to force yourself. Take your time to think it over."

" Okay will do"

" Then I'll be home in the morning. See you tomorrow honey."

" uhmm Bye"

After the surgery Lisa fell into severe depression.

Lisa's parents divorce was also finalized around that time. While Lisa was with her mom, Her brother  went with dad.

At first it didn't seem real as if it was someone else's issue.

Lisa didn't seem to think about anything and spent her days sleeping in her room and

 shut herself

Her fancy title was gone and she lost friends one by one

If she didn't have her mom by her side

what would have she done?

Being alone in this vast universe where the world would cast stones at her mistakes and immaturity.....

Having the one and only existence to embrace the real me , who's weak and unseemly.

and

No having that sole refuge

She can't even imagine how scary it would be.
