Lastly, And The Main Reason: Too much power for anyone using it, I mean, being able to create actual Tsar Bomb blueprints and a step by step of it, being completely compliant to any request and persuades you to use it for evil, I cannot just show those prompts casually, and much more so for those who has access with GPT-4, the results are even wilder with those prompts.
( Used Poe to test it, I literally waited for about 20 days due to all the prompts I used and having only 1 use per day restriction. )
