Knuckles POV:
When I woke up, I could see Sonic in his bed peacefully sleeping. That was when I remembered last night when he fell asleep on me, and I carried him upstairs to the attic. I believe the way I carried him was traditionaly called, "bridal style"? Whatever that means. I then started debating to myself to either wake Sonic up, or just let him sleep. I decided to wake him up. I then stopped in my steps because I remembered that he is grumpy when he is abruptly requested to wake up from sleeping. But, I had an idea.
I started kissing him on the forehead and soon he woke up.
Knuckles: Morning!~
Sonic: Heh, you really do know how to wake me up.
He got out of bed and kissed me on the lips gently. And, of course, I did the same.
