I know that in Max's Bio that he hates MECH but since he is returning to Earth he needs to do something about them

2. Max/Darth Neus and his faction will kill Slias and destroy MECH seeing them as a threat and take their technology and resources and a few
people that will help them.

Max and his faction will fight MECH and captured Silas and some of his surviving men and his resources and Technology and turned Silas over to Agent Fowler and US government in exchange they allowed Max and his Faction to set secrets bases across the country including all 50 states in the US and they will secretly find the Sith relics and the people and help the decepticons.
And it might to be a good chance for Max to reveal himself and girlfriend to his former friends including Arcee to make her heart broken and he let Emperor Palpatine in a hologram to see Maxs former friends and to have a little "Chat" with them.
