Lithuania and Belarus

Lithuania and Belarus live together, they live in Lithuania's capital (although they do go to Belarus's house in her capital sometimes) since she can get to Minsk in under 3 hours 

(A/N On google maps it says it takes 2 hours and 42 minutes by car)
