I don't remember anything other than rushing through a pitch-black forest entirely enclosed by trees. It was a dismal night, with no signs of moonlight to be seen. I was short of breath, but something kept me going, and voices in my brain kept telling me, "Run for your life!" All I recall is the darkness and the cold because I was freezing, and it seemed like a December night somewhere in the arctic region. But it was those blue eyes that drew my attention; they were dark blue, yet you could plainly see the ocean through them. I'm not sure why I feel like I recognise those eyes.They simply seem so familiar, and once they appear, I can feel my pulse racing and a strange feeling cross my chest indefinitely.... whenever these eyes contact mine.
