Onika's POV August 21st "Here you go babe" my husband Kenny said to me as he handed me flowers and a gift I opened it up and it was the LouisV bag I've been eyeing for a good minute now

I jumped on him and kissed him repeatedly "THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU" I said in between kisses "you're welcome baby and happy anniversary " "happy anniversary babe".
That's when I was woken up by a door slamming I was confused until I looked around a saw in was at home sitting in the bed at 2:00AM. That's when Kenny walked in high as hell smelling like cheap perfume.
"where have you been Kenny" I asked
"Man don't start I'm tired as hell and just wanna go too bed" he replied
"NO I will start because here you are coming in here at 2:00 IN THE DAMN MORNING SMELLING LIKE BITCHES" ON OUR ANNIVERSARY MAY I ADD I yelled
"Bitch who tf you yelling at" he asked as he walked towards me with clenched fist
I looked around "clearly you ain't no one else in the room" I replied not thinking
Which I instantly regretted cause when he got close enough his fist connected straight too my face and he started hitting me I fell straight too the ground crying thinking that it was over until I was yanked up and he started choking me
"Let me go" I said but it came out cracked because of his hands Being around my throat.
"Nawww talk the shit you was just talking" he said
I didn't say anything I was just clawing at his arm praying he would let me go.
"What happened you was just talking shit now you silent" he said
And again I didn't reply I just kept clawing but he wasn't budging.
"You worthless piece of shit" he said has he spit on me
And that was the last thing I heard and saw before I passed out
