"ARIZONA!!" Rutger yells when I step out of the Uber.
"RUTGER!!" I yell back with the same energy before popping the trunk to get my bags. I reach to get them but a hand pulls me back gently by my wrist.
"How much of a gentleman would I be if I let the lady get her bags all by herself?" He asks in a terrible posh accent.
"Well, 'the lady' can handle her bags." I say trying not to laugh too hard at his terrible mock accent.
"Well, I won't allow it." Rutger says in a serious but still playful tone before putting his hand on the small of my back to get past me to get my bags.
Jesus Christ help me.
Rutger tells me that I can go ahead and go inside and meet the rest of the team but for some reason I'm nervous. He can tell.
"Hey, they will love you. They already do actually." Rutger says giving me a comforting smile.
"Really?" I ask a bit shocked
"Heck yeah, your a girl who knows her worth and what she wants to do. They actually kinda aspire to be like you in a way." Rutger says laughing a bit at the last sentence.
"Woah. I'm used to guys not liking that about me" I say still a little shocked.
"Well we are different. Cmon." Rutger says giving me a smile that says "everything will be ok." Before leading me into the house where all the boys were on the couch watching some TV show on Netflix.
It was dead quiet except for the TV show playing in the background before one of them looked at me and yelled out
"MOM!" Seamus Casey.
"MY SON!" I say matching his energy, he jumps of the couch and engulfs me in a bear hug, almost knocking me over in the process. If it wasn't for Rutger being behind me I probably would have fell.
A few hours later I've met all the guys and we all get along really well. I'm currently in my room getting my bag ready for our first practice.
