"You need to be more responsible, your sisters are only here for the first phase of the coral moon. Can you imagine anyone of them missing the gathering?" King Triton said while rubbing his temples.

"No...your right, I'm sorry."

Tikki saw right through her friends masks, so she decided to step in.

"It wasn't Marinette's fault! W-w-we were exploring! And then a-a- a shark chased us and-"

But before Tikki could finish she was cut off from the sea king.

"Shark!... you went to the shipwrecks again didn't you..?"

Tikki already felt threatened just by the kings look and voice and all she knew was that nothing good would come out of it next.

"You don't have to worry about me." Marinette said as quickly as she could so they could just end the conversation.

" Oh but I do worry, I do worry my little one, this obsession with humans has to stop."

"I just want to know more about them!"

"You know all you need to know." Triton said and was about to end the conversation but Marinette had other plans.

"I barley know anything! You won't even let us go to the surface!"

" why do you have to be so strong minded just like your mother?" The sea king asked as calmly as possible.

"I am her daughter."

"Yes yes foolish enough to be taken by the human world."

"If you would try to understand-" and at that point Triton was getting fed up.

"Oh I have tried, I have tried to understand you long enough but a long as you live in my ocean you will obey my rules. Do you understand that?!?" The silence in the room, was loud enough to where you can hear the water move with every movement they make.

Marinette had sadness in her eyes but found it  pointless to continue so she left it at that and swam out of the room.

Triton sat back until his throne and sighed. He didn't know what was wrong with her or if it was how he raised her after her mother died.

Sebastian decides to break the silence "Children...you give them an inch and they swim all over you!"

"Was I too hard on her?"

"Definitely not! It's like I always say, children got to live by their parents rules!"

" you're absolutely right Sebastian."

" my Marinette needs constant supervision."

" constant." Sebastian says.

" someone to watch her."

" all the time day and night!"

"Your just the crab to do it." Triton said

"I am just the crab to- Wait hold on a second huh? What no see I serve you, your majesty as your trusty advisor." Sebastian said making sure he reminded the king in a friendly matter what his job was.

" there's no better way to serve me, then making sure my little one stays out of trouble." The sea king says.

"But I-uh-"

"Just. Go."

Sebastian had to think about what the king assigned him to do and was not liking one bit of it.

"Yes your majesty..."

" how do I get myself into the situation's? I should be advisor in the king, not chasing after some teenager." Sebastian said with a disgust tone, and went off to find the youngest princess.
