Kiara's due date is very near too. She can't travel in this state she needs rest but she is also very worried about you baby, Maa and Paa needed to go back to her as well. Please wake up. Please.""

What's happening? What is Inayat Bhabhi talking about? What is going on? I have been sleeping since last week? But how is this possible? Everything i saw was real.... was i dreaming? Was it all my imagination? Am i in a coma?

Inayat's pov

Rajveer:- Stop wasting your energy here Inayat, she can't hear you. Don't you know what Doctors said that day.

Flashback ~~

We were getting tensed by every passing second they said they will be here soon but they aren't coming since last few hours it's been another evening since the incident. We all were getting worried so we all left for hospital.

On reaching to the hospital we saw Rehaan holding Doctor's collar and Digvijay Bhai trying to calm her down and Trisha Bhabhi crying.

Inayat:- What happened?

Avinay:- Rehaan leave the Doctor. What's wrong?

Rehaan:- This Doctor said she will be all fine after the medicines wear off but she hasn't woken up yet and now he is saying they don't know when she will wake up.

Inayat:- What?

Jasmine:- Waht do you mean you don't know?

Doctor:- See this sometimes happen, in some cases the patient subconscious stop her from waking up and the patient falls into coma. She must be either dreaming or imagining things which is looking like reality to her and now her mind is refusing to wake up. He senses have been shut off and she has accepted that alternate world as her reality. She don't realise that she is in coma. This happens in case when the internal wounds and internal bleeding increases.

Rehaan:- Then why don't you do something? Why didn't you knew all this before?

Doctor:- See sometimes these things don't get caught up just like that and when we get to know about it it's too late. And then in this condition no one can help the patient except herself. She needs to realise that the world she is in is not reality but her imagination which she needs to wake up from. My suggestion would be talk to her whenever you can maybe she hear you some day.

Niyati:- When will she wake up?

Doctor:- Maybe 1 week, 1 month, 1 year or maybe years. In these cases nothing can be said. Now please allow me.

Flashback ends~~

Inayat:- Bit doctor said that she may wake up if we keep trying. We can't just let her be like this Rajveer, you guys have got back to your schedule but none of us girls have, even Dad.

Rehaan:- We know Inayat but you can't just sit here crying and talking to her all day. Every load is on Trisha. She needs someone to be there with her as well. Dadi and Dad needs attention right now. They both are not well. We were sent here directly from office to pick you up. Dadi asks for your presence.

Inayat:- I came here just one hour ago after providing everything to her. I don't want to go just yet. Ruhi is in coma and you all are just worrying about yourselves, how much selfish are you guys planning to be?

Suddenly the heart monitor started beeping rapidly and Ruhi's breathing got heavier by every passing second which made us all panic. Rehaan ran to call Doctors.
