Lauren's pov

Ever since we made things official things have been amazing honestly too amazing if you ask me. I've talked to destini and Dalton about it and they both think I'm just overthinking things and being paranoid but I can't help it. It's been official for a couple months and at first I was enjoying it all then I figured it must be what they call the honeymoon phase and things will become not so amazing or less lovey dovey or something but it hasn't. Right now I was getting ready for a party coles throwing because we're now in the playoffs so he figured why not throw a party and he invited the whole team as well as the whole dance team. I threw on a mini skirt with some heeled boots and a crop top sweater and once my hair and makeup was how I liked I walked over to coles I knocked then walked in like normal just to find him walking out of the bathroom with just a towel on
C- damn babe you look sexy as hell
L- hehe what I gotta make sure I have your full attention
C- babe you have my full attention even when your in sweats and a messy bun you know this
L- true but I like hearing that
C- haha ok
L- by the way you look sexy as hell as well
C- I'm not even dressed tho
L- hehe exactly
He smirked and kissed me and I couldn't help it and I gave him let's say some special attention then he quickly got dressed just in time for everyone to show up. All night long cole has been by my side which I thought was sweet but I walked away to use the restroom and on my way back to him Dalton will and destini I was stopped by Daisy.
D- hey Lauren can we talk
L- sure what's up
D- I know me and the girls have been rude and saying things we shouldn't about your boyfriend and while I can't speak for the others I do want to apologize on my behalf I can only imagine how it's made you feel cause I know if I was in your shoes I would want to tear us limb from limb
L- I don't want to go that far but it definitely doesn't make me happy and it means a lot to me that you want to apologize for it
D- your restraint admires me
L- haha thanks I think
D- how about a shot to honor the occasion of repairing the friendship
L- umm sure why not
She handed me a shot of i don't know what and she took hers immediately then smiled at me as I still looked at the cup
D- is something wrong
L- no no nothings wrong
D- then drink it
I rolled my eyes and took the shot and I knew my chest would burn from the alcohol but this is different. I started coughing feeling woozy and my chest burned more and more by the second. I dropped down to the floor and the last thing I recall before blacking out was her words.
D- our words won't bug you anymore now that you'll be out of the way
