As butters cried over his chest, tweek ran up to him trying to calm him down and get him off so craig could try to bring him back.
"Come on kenny wake up!"
"IT WONT WORK HES DEAD"
"No i can save him i promise"
*coughing*
"KENNYY!"
"I told u so"
Butters ran to kenny hugging him and kissing him so happy he was alive, then cart man ran into the hall
"GUYS GUYS"
"What fatass"
"Shut up craig anyway KYLES IN A COMA"
"WHATT"
"IKR OMG THE JEW IS IN A COMA THE JEWS IN A COMA"
Butters started to break down crying again feeling horrible about everything kenny asked him whats wrong and after figuring it all out he picked up butters and put him on his back and hurried to the hospital with craig and tweek
*at the hospital*
Stan sat next to kyle holding his hand as kenny busted open the door with nurses yelling at him
"IS HE OK"
"Damn kenny u didn't need to do that and yes hes fine i hope so"
"Oh good anyway butters feels horrible about it but he kinda fell asleep on my back"
Craig and tweek walked in after talking with the nurse and apologizing for Kennys actions
"Wait kenny I thought u died"
"Ī brought him back to life"
After a few hours past and people visiting kyle it was night time and stan stayed with Kyle and slept on a very uncomfortable couch for 23 days he stayed there
Until
"S..stan?"
"KYLE OMG UR AWAKE OMG NURSEEE"
the nurses rushed in and started taking Kyles vitals.
"Well hes all good he should be out of here by tmmr"
"Did u here that ky ull be out tmmr"
"What happened?"
Stan laughed and told him everything, kyle broke down laughing.
*the next day*
"Heres ur clothes u can get changed and head out everything's been taken care of!"
"Ok thanks"
Stan didn't move from his seat he was to busy invested in the group chat
"Stan"
"Huh"
"Get out im changing"
"Why"
"Im changing are u deaf"
"Dude idc"
"It's weird"
"We're dating dumbass"
"That doesn't mean u get to watch me change"
"What u got something to hide?"
"Ugh nvm"
"Hehe"
